About Me

As the co-founder and President of Real Finance Solutions I am dedicated to helping as many people as possible avoid getting ripped off when buying and selling real estate. Our goal is to help families and individuals understand the impact their mortgage has on their ability to create wealth and the importance of including the selection of their mortgage as part of their overall financial planning. Our RFS Consultants provide information to Consumers to help them avoid Predatory Lending practices.

I have been in the real estate and mortgage industry for over 28 years. In 1987 I began educating honest, ethical real estate and mortgage professionals on how to work together as a team to protect their clients from predatory business practices. In 2000 I published a book for consumers called, “How to Buy & Sell Your Home Without Getting Ripped Off!”” This book showed consumers how to work with a professional team to avoid becoming victims of predatory lending.

Real Finance Solutions offers the “Real Finance: A Consumer Advocate Approach to Real Estate & Mortgages” seminar as the certification course for Real Finance Solutions members. This seminar shows real estate and mortgage professionals how to protect their clients from predatory business practices and gives them a consumer advocate approach to financing to help increase production & closings.
